Can I return the pallet(s) from my delivery?

Our pallets are non-returnable, our drivers are not able to take them back.

Can I return crane bags?

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to re-use crane bags but they can be returned in person for onward recycling.

How much will delivery cost me?

All online orders for delivery are subject to a £10+VAT delivery charge if the order total is below £50. If your order is above £50, then delivery is free of charge.

Do you deliver to my address?

When you add your first item to your basket on our website, you will be asked your postcode. Based on this, we will be able to say whether we deliver to your address. For a general rule, we deliver to the majority of North Wales via our two depots, Llandudno Junction and Ruthin.

How do I book a delivery date?

Deliveries will be made within 2-3 days of an order being placed. Please leave any preferences for a particular delivery day/time in the notes area when placing your order. If you have already placed an order and would like to contact our delivery team, please phone Colin on 01492 564 357 (Llandudno Junction branch) or David on 01824 708 853 (Ruthin branch).

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, we no longer offer a cash on delivery service. Online orders must be paid for via Sagepay, any orders placed in-store can be paid via cash, card or credit account and telephone orders can be paid by card.

Can you let me know the time of my delivery?

Once we've processed your order and allocated it to a date, you will be contacted by phone/email to be notified of the planned delivery date. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.

What happens if I'm out when you try to deliver?

It is preferable that you are present at the time of delivery but we understand that that's not always the case. If you know that you definitely won't be there, please let us know beforehand and make sure that a suitable area of garden/driveway is clear for good to be left for you.

When can I collect my Click & Collect order?

You will be notified by phone/email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 1 hour of the order being placed.

Where do I collect my Click & Collect order from?

If you have placed an order for our Llandudno Junction branch, then please use the address Richard Williams (Deganwy) Ltd, Bron Heulog, Conwy Road, Llandudno Junction, Conwy, LL31 9DX for collection. Any shop/timber goods will be ready for collection from our lightside yard and any heavy goods will be in our heavy yard. If you are unsure of which yard to go to, please call our Llandudno Junction branch on 01492 583423. If you have placed an order for our Ruthin branch, then please use the address Richard Williams (Deganwy) Ltd, Park Road, Ruthin, Denbighshire, LL15 1NF.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I collect my Click & Collect order?

Yes, you need to bring your order reference number and a form of ID with you to collect your order.

Which cards do you accept?

We currently accept MasterCard and Visa debit and credit cards, as well as Delta and Maestro debit cards. American Express cards are not accepted online or in-store.

Are online prices the same as in-store?

Yes, with the exception of promotional offers, quantity breaks and account holder discounts (all available in-store only at present), prices of products on the website match the in-store price.

Are all Richard Williams products available online?

Not all of our 14,000 products are available to order online at In order to protect minors and ensure we comply with relevant legislation, we do not sell age-restricted products online. We do not specify which of our products are age-restricted, but they include items such as knives and solvents. Currently, any timber products that are sold by the metre can not be bought online, but will be available in the future. You can still view these products and prices on the website, but any orders for these must be placed over the phone or in-store.
