THIS UPDATE APPLIES FOR BOTH OUR LLANDUDNO JUNCTION AND RUTHIN BRANCHES.
From Monday June 15th, the shop will be open to customers, with controlled numbers allowed in at any one time. We have strict social distancing rules in store which need to be adhered to, and no groups of more than two are permitted. There is hand sanitiser on the counters which is free (and encouraged) for you to use.
You won't be able to collect timber that hasn't been pre-ordered whilst purchasing items from the shop, this will still need to be done via our Click & Collect service.
At the moment, we won't be accepting cash so it'll be card payments only. Contactless and Apple/Android pay is available too. Account customers won't be required to sign on the tablets, but your name will be printed electronically on to the delivery note by the staff.
The Heavy Yard will remain as it has been for the last two weeks. Any goods required from the Heavy Yard will still need to be ordered via our click & collect service either online or via e-mail.
Appointments can be made to call in and view the product range if required.
The Timber Yard will remain as it has been for the last two weeks. Any goods required from the Timber Yard will still need to be ordered via our click & collect service either online or via e-mail.
Appointments can be made to call in and discuss timber machining and view samples if required.
In Llandudno Junction, all of our delivery vehicles (apart from the Pickup) are back on the road. In Ruthin, all vehicles are available. We are still on a longer lead time than usual but are working to reduce this over the coming days.
We are currently open Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 but we aren't open on Saturdays yet. Click & Collect orders from the Timber Yard and Heavy Yard will be available as per your allocated time slot.
Please note that the toilets will not be available for customer use at this time.
