Fibreglass roofing is fast becoming the popular option amongst roofers for both domestic and commercial jobs. Richard Williams are fibreglass roofing suppliers and we have now stocked the Cure It roofing system for 2 years.
The Cure It roofing system is the proven solution to almost any flat roofing problem. Cure It is formed in situ on the roof deck to create a solid, waterproofing membrane, fully bonded to the decking, the covers the entire roof without ay seams, joints or welds, commonly the weakest point on other roofing systems.
Cure It is a hard wearing structural waterproofing system which cannot be cut with a knife, won’t deteriorate under UV light or extreme heat and will tolerate foot traffic.
The system comes complete with a 20 year guarantee on the materials from the manufacturer and a guarantee from the installer that the roof will remain leak free for at least 20 years. As recent studies have shown*, some of the earliest GRP roofs laid more than thirty years ago are still in service today.
For Cure It Roofing installation please see the chart below for a guide of the materials and quantities required or click here to download.
Cure It Materials Estimation Chart
This guide is an approximation of the quantities of materials required when laying a GRP roof. It should be noted that these values are not an accurate representation of the materials that will be needed for all GRP roofs of these sizes, details and complex surfaces will adversely affect these values. However the materials in the top table are required for every installation, many of the materials in the lower table can be reused. GRP Edge Trims are not shown. Always use a catalyst safety dispenser.
